Returning products
To return products please follow these steps:
- Send an email to orders@wrab.cc
- Confirm your name, address, order number and which products you want to return.
- Send your clothes, clean and carefully retour to the return adress
- You receive your money back within 5 workdays or you can change your size/product for a different one.

Terms & conditions for acceptance of returned goods
- All* goods bought at wrab.cc can be returned without further notice within 14 days after your original order date. (Returned products after these 14 days will not be accepted).
- All shipping costs of return shipments are for customer.
- Returned goods will only be accepted if they are unworn and in original state with the original labels still attached.
- Stained or otherwise damaged goods will not be accepted.
- Returned goods need to be packed in original condition and original packaging (if possible).
Exchanging for another size
We do offer an exchange service. If you’re in need of a replacing size you can make a new order with the replacing size at any moment in the return process.
Warranty
You have a 90-day warranty on your purchased item of clothing. If a design has flaws, we would like to receive images in our email orders@wrab.cc. On our coffee beans we do not have warranty. But you can send it back within 14 days after your original order date.
